In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
Option #1: If this is your first time here, please click on the "Open New Ticket" button, register and submit your question. Your Ticket Number will be send to your registered email. (Keep it in the safe place! You will need it to check ticket status.)
If you do not receive our email (noreply@cheyingtan.com), please check it in your email trash/ bulk/ spam folder, normally it would be there.
Option #2: If you are the returned customer, please log in using your email and the ticket number, then click on "Check Status" button.
